Humogram · Android app
The Telegram that checks what you were sent
An unofficial Telegram client for Android. Files and links are checked before you open them: fake banking apps, .apk files disguised as photos, phishing links.

Overview
In Uzbekistan, malware spreads between people directly inside the messenger: fake banking apps that arrive from people you know, “photos” that are really installers, and phishing pages that need just one tap.
Humogram puts the check inside the messenger. Only a fingerprint of a file, or the link itself, reaches the server — never file names, message text, contacts or a phone number. Nothing leaves a secret chat: there the check runs on the phone.
It is a fork of Telegram-Android made by one person. The checking logic is written from scratch and edits to the upstream code are kept small, so every new Telegram release can be taken without a rewrite.
What it does
Checks a file while it downloads
The fingerprint is computed as a stream, as the bytes arrive — no separate wait at the end.
Warns before the download
If an attachment is an installer, you find out before you spend the data.
Shows the verdict in the chat
The result appears on the message itself, while the chat is still open.
Strips trackers from links
utm_*, fbclid, gclid and similar are cut. The page loads the same; the advertiser learns less.
Panic passcode
A second passcode that opens something other than the real account.
Device check
A one-off read of the phone settings that most often make an infection possible.
